Printing Comment Labels in Live Shopping
After a customer leaves a keyword-matching comment that triggers the creation of a draft order during your livestream, you can choose to print the comment labels either manually or automatically to streamline your order fulfillment process.

Enabling and Configuring Comment Label Printing
Before you start the livestream and print the comment labels, make sure you have turned on Print Comment Label to enable comment label printing. When turned off, printing will be unavailable.
To make the printing process more efficient, you can turn on Auto-print comment labels. When enabled, comment labels will be printed automatically whenever a customer leaves a comment containing a matching keyword.
| Note: The system will automatically print labels for draft orders triggered by matching keywords, but this does not guarantee that the customer will complete the order. |
Moreover, if you want to customize the label, click Configure under Label content to select the information displayed on the printed label, such as customer name, product name, or order time.
- Label type: Depending on your label printing needs, you can choose either Continuous paper or Label paper with spacing.
- Label size: You can set the label width manually by selecting Custom width, or choose Width follows the printer to use the default width set by your printer.
- Label content: Select the specific information you want to include, such as customer name, phone number, address, and more. If a selected field is empty when printing, it will be skipped automatically.
