Authorizing Your Faire Store
Multichannel Connect (MCC) enables you to streamline operations by integrating your Faire account with your SHOPLINE store. Once connected, you can seamlessly synchronize product data, inventory, and orders between the two channels—all from one centralized dashboard.
With this integration, you can:
- Import orders from Faire directly into your SHOPLINE store
- Automatically update product information and pricing across both channels
- Leverage a shared inventory pool to reduce overselling and manual effort
By connecting Faire to MCC, you simplify cross-channel management, enhance operational efficiency, and make more informed business decisions.

Important Notes Before You Start
- Unlimited Stores: There is no limit to the number of Faire stores you can authorize to a single SHOPLINE store via Multichannel Connect.
- Unique Connection: Each Faire store can only be authorized for one SHOPLINE Multichannel Connect app. To connect it to a different SHOPLINE store, you'll need to delete it from the original app first.
- Network & Device Consistency: For a smoother authorization process, we recommend using the same network and device you normally use to access your Faire account.
- Data Deletion Warning: Deleting a store will not affect your Faire store data. However, all orders, products, and related inventory within the MCC app will be permanently deleted. Please proceed with caution.

How to Authorize a Faire Store
To authorize your Faire store, follow these steps:

From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Channels > Multichannel Connect > Settings > Store Management, then click Add store.

In the pop-up window, select Faire as the channel, then click Authorize.

Follow the on-screen steps to complete the authorization:
3.1 Confirm you are using the same IP address and device you normally use to access this Faire account (recommended), then click Next.
3.2 Enter a custom store name for easy identification. This name can differ from your actual Faire store name. Click Authorize.
3.3. In the newly opened tab, sign in to your Faire account.

After successful authorization, MCC will automatically sync the products from the store. To sync store orders, please enable the Channel Order Import feature. To check the sync status, go to the Products or Orders page and click Task Center.

Managing Authorized Stores
After authorization, you can manage your Faire store in Settings > Store Management. Available options include:

Visit Store: Click the Redirect Icon to go to the Faire store.

Modify Name: Click the pencil icon to edit the store name shown in the app.

Delete Store: Click the trash bin icon to remove the store if it's no longer needed.
