Authorizing Your Mirakl Store
Multichannel Connect (MCC) enables you to streamline operations by integrating your Mirakl account with your SHOPLINE store. Once connected, you can seamlessly synchronize product data, inventory, and orders between the two channels—all from one centralized dashboard.
With this integration, you can:
- Import orders from Mirakl directly into your SHOPLINE store
- Automatically update product information and pricing across both channels
- Leverage a shared inventory pool to reduce overselling and manual effort
By connecting Mirakl to MCC, you simplify cross-channel management, enhance operational efficiency, and make more informed business decisions.
Important Notes Before You Start

Unlimited Stores: There is no limit to the number of Mirakl stores you can authorize to a single SHOPLINE store via Multichannel Connect.

Unique Connection: Each Mirakl store can only be authorized for one SHOPLINE Multichannel Connect app. To connect it to a different SHOPLINE store, you'll need to delete it from the original app first.

Network & Device Consistency: For a smoother authorization process, we recommend using the same network and device you normally use to access your Mirakl account.

Data Deletion Warning: Deleting a store will not affect your Mirakl store data. However, all orders, products, and related inventory within the MCC app will be permanently deleted. Please proceed with caution.

Automatic Order Acceptance Rules Explained
To streamline your order operations and maximize processing efficiency, the system automatically validates and accepts orders based on product inventory.
| Note: For automatic order acceptance, you must first enable product SKU association. Inventory is then checked exclusively against SHOPLINE inventory levels. |
Automatic Order Acceptance Scenarios:

How to Authorize a Mirakl Store
To authorize your Mirakl store, you'll need to complete the following two steps:
Step 1: Prepare Your Mirakl Credentials
Before starting the authorization, please log in to your Mirakl platform and follow these steps to obtain the seller credentials:

From the Mirakl admin panel, click on the Profile icon and select Personal settings in the top-right corner.

Go to the API key tab, then click Generate new key.
Step 2: Add Store in the SHOPLINE Admin

From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Channels > Multichannel Connect > Settings > Store Management, then click Add store.

In the pop-up window, select Mirakl as the channel, then click Authorize.

Confirm you are using the same IP address and device normally used to access your Mirakl account (recommended), and click Next.

Fill in the following details, and then click Authorize:
- Custom Store Name: Enter a custom store name for easy identification. This name can be different from the actual Mirakl store name.
- Marketplace: Select a marketplace. If you cannot find a suitable marketplace, please contact your Account Manager or erp@shopline.com.

API Key: Enter the API key you generated and copied from the Mirakl Admin. Please ensure the API Key is correct. If the API Key is invalid, the page will display "Authorization Failed - Unauthorized".

After successful authorization, MCC will automatically sync the products from the store. To sync store orders, please enable the Channel Order Import feature. To check the sync status, go to the Products or Orders page and click Task Center.
Managing Authorized Stores
After authorization, you can manage your Mirakl store in Settings > Store Management. Available options include:
- Modify Name: Click the pencil icon to edit the store name shown in the app.
- Delete Store: Click the trash bin icon to remove the store if it's no longer needed.
