Subscriptions & Billing: Redesigned Structure for Clearer Billing Management

The legacy Plan module has been reorganized into two dedicated modules—Subscriptions and Billing—to make billing information easier to find and manage. With this restructure:
- Subscriptions now shows all bill-generating items in one place, including store subscription plans, paid app charges, and additional service fees.
- Billing is used to manage payment methods, billing addresses, auto-deductions, and to review or export bills and transaction fee records.
This separation provides clearer navigation and a more consolidated view of your store’s billing and subscription costs.
