Scheduling a Pickup with SHOPLINE Shipping (MY/SG)
SHOPLINE Shipping allows you to schedule carrier pickups directly, helping streamline your order fulfillment process. This guide introduces two pickup methods—Schedule pickup upon label creation and Schedule pickup after label creation—so you can choose the option that best fits your business needs.
The pickup scheduling feature is available after creating a shipping label. Before proceeding, please refer to the SHOPLINE Shipping label creation guide.

Before You Start
- Pickup scheduling is available only after a shipping label has been created.
- Please review the "Creating SHOPLINE Shipping Labels (MY/SG)" before proceeding.
- This feature currently supports merchants in Malaysia (MY) and Singapore (SG) only.

Schedule Pickup Upon Label Creation
Scheduling a pickup upon label creation (also known as instant scheduling) allows you to submit a pickup request at the same time you create the shipping label. The carrier will collect your package within the selected time window.
Limitations
- Pickup address and details cannot be modified.
- Pickup requests cannot be canceled (only the order can be canceled).
Schedule Pickup for a Single Order
- From your SHOPLINE Admin, go to Orders, then select the order for which you want to create a shipping label.

When creating the shipping label, select your preferred shipping carrier.
Note: Supported carriers for this feature: Ninja Van, SkyNet, DHL, J&T, SF Express. - Set up the pickup time and shipment details.
- Click Purchase shipping label.
After completing payment, you will be redirected to the shipping label page, where you can review:
- Pickup details: Estimated pickup time window.
- Shipping services: Selected carrier, shipping fee, and recipient details.
- Package and weight: Package specifications.
- Void shipping label: Once voided, the label can no longer be used.
Schedule Pickup for Multiple Orders
You can also create shipping labels and schedule pickups in bulk. For detailed steps, refer to the "Creating SHOPLINE Shipping Labels (MY/SG)" guide.
After completing bulk label creation, you will be directed to the batch operation page, where you can:
- Edit package: Modify package details individually or in bulk.
- Edit shipping services: Adjust selected shipping services.
- Edit pickup method: Set pickup methods in bulk or individually (Schedule pickup / Drop off).
Under Edit pickup method, you can choose:
- Quick setup: The system automatically selects the earliest available pickup time.
- Set separately: Customize the pickup date and time for each order.
After Submitting a Pickup Request
After submitting your pickup request, go to Orders > Shipping labels to view:
- The number of packages awaiting pickup
- The latest scheduled pickup task
The system will display the most recent pickup arrangement. Please prepare your packages in advance to ensure a smooth pickup process.
