SHOPLINE and Cin7 Omni Integration Guide
The SHOPLINE Cin7 Omni app syncs product, order, inventory, customer, and shipping data between your SHOPLINE store and Cin7 Omni. It connects your store with your inventory and warehouse system to automate workflows, improve fulfillment efficiency, and reduce errors.
This guide covers installation, basic setup, and data sync rules for connecting SHOPLINE with Cin7 Omni.
Connecting SHOPLINE and Cin7 Omni
To connect Cin7 Omni with SHOPLINE, follow these steps:
- Go to the SHOPLINE App Store, search for and install Cin7 Omni for your store. Once authorized, the app will be able to access your store data.
- Enter your Cin7 Omni username and password, then click Verify Connection to confirm data access.
- Enable or disable the following data synchronization modules as needed:
- Customer and product synchronization
- Inventory synchronization
- Order synchronization
- Shipping synchronization

Enable email notifications to ensure added recipients receive error details every 30 minutes if synchronization fails.
Data Synchronization Scope and Description
The Cin7 Omni app supports initial full and subsequent incremental synchronization. The synchronization rules for different data types are as follows:

Managing Mappings and Synchronization
Product Mapping
The Product Mapping page allows you to view the Cin7 Omni product name and ID, as well as the SHOPLINE product name and ID they are mapped to, and the inventory information for that product. You can also click the Unmapped tab to manually map SHOPLINE products.
Location Mapping
The Location Mapping page allows you to set the corresponding SHOPLINE warehouse for Cin7 Omni.
Order Synchronization
The Order Synchronization page allows you to view the status of SHOPLINE orders synced to Cin7 Omni. You can also click the SHOPLINE Order Sync Failed and Shipping Sync Failed tabs to view the reasons for failure.
