Migrating Abandoned Checkouts from Shoplazza to SHOPLINE
When migrating your store using the SHOPLINE Multi-platform Store Migration app, you can choose to migrate your abandoned checkout data from Shoplazza to SHOPLINE, allowing you to continue recovering these customers after migration.
This article introduces the operation steps and important notes for migrating abandoned checkouts from Shoplazza.
Feature Overview
For Shoplazza, abandoned checkouts are referred to as "Unfinished Orders". These records are created when customers provide contact details, products, and shipping information but do not complete the checkout (no order is created).
With this feature, you can migrate eligible Shoplazza checkouts to the SHOPLINE Abandoned Checkouts list. Once migrated, you can use SHOPLINE’s recovery tools to send checkout emails and encourage customers to return and complete their transaction. Please note that these records will not appear in the customer's order list after migration; they are only visible in the abandoned checkout list.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Why do the product subtotal, discounts, shipping, or total amount in the SHOPLINE checkout page differ from the original Shoplazza record?
A1: Abandoned checkout migration transfers static data. During actual checkout on SHOPLINE, the system recalculates totals based on current SHOPLINE product prices, discount activities, and shipping rules. To keep amounts consistent, ensure your configurations on SHOPLINE match the original platform.
Q2: Will "Cancelled" orders from Shoplazza be migrated?
A2: No. The system does not process orders in Cancelled status, nor will they be synced to SHOPLINE's abandoned checkout or order lists.
Q3: Why can't I find some migrated abandoned checkout data in the Shoplazza admin?
A3: Data from the Shoplazza API does not always have a 1:1 match with the "Unfinished Orders" list in their admin panel. The API data scope is broader and may include abandoned data that the admin list does not display.
