Customer Guide to Viewing and Redeeming Member Benefits in the Member Center
The Member Center lets customers manage loyalty activity from their customer account. From the Member tab, customers can check points, view available coupons and store credit, redeem points for rewards, complete points-earning tasks, open their member ID barcode, and copy a referral link to share with friends. This guide walks you through how customers can view and use the above membership benefits in the Member Center.
Prerequisites for Using the Member Center
Before customers use the Member Center, please confirm the following:
- Customers are logged in to their customer account.
- Member points, rewards, store credit, and referral options appear based on your store's Member System settings.

Viewing the Member Center Overview
When customers want to quickly view their membership status and benefits, including earned rewards, points, gift cards, store credits, membership tier, member ID, referral invitations, and other membership benefits, they can use the Overview page. Follow the steps below to access the Overview page:
On the customer account page, click the Member tab.
In the Overview panel on the left side of the page, customers can view their available rewards count, points balance, gift card and store credit balances, membership tier and expiration date, and other membership information.
- Click the specific benefit section you want to view to open its corresponding details page.
Viewing Available Rewards in the Member Center
Customers use the All rewards area when they already have available coupons or member benefits and want to copy a reward code for checkout. To guide customers through available coupons and reward codes:
Click Rewards in the Overview panel, or click View all in the All rewards section.
- View each reward card. Reward cards display the reward name, discount code, and applicable conditions, such as the expiration date, usage limit, and usage restrictions.
Click the copy icon next to the reward code to copy it.
Click History to view reward history. If there are no records yet, the window shows no data.
Redeeming Points for Member Rewards
Customers use the Redeem points area when they want to turn their points balance into a coupon, discount, or product reward. To redeem points from the customer account page:
Click Points in the Overview panel, or click View all in the Redeem points section.
- Select Online store or POS to view rewards available for that channel.
- Review the reward cards. Each card shows the reward name, the discount or product reward, and the number of points required.
Click the points button on the reward card, such as 100 Points or 350 Points, to redeem the reward.
- Click Hide or View all to collapse or expand the rewards list.

Viewing Point History and Expiring Points
Customers can view their point earning and redemption records, as well as check which points are about to expire, in the History section. To view point history:
In the points balance banner at the top of the points page, click History.
In the Point History panel that appears:
- Switch to the Activity logs tab to view point earning and redemption records.
- Switch to the Expiring tab to view points that are about to expire and their corresponding expiration dates.
| Note: If the customer has at least 1 point expiring within the current calendar month and has not dismissed the reminder banner in the Member Center or member widget, the system will display a reminder banner showing the number of points that will expire during the current calendar month. |
Earning Points Through Member Tasks
Customers use the Earn points section to learn which actions can earn points, such as check-ins, subscriptions, or placing orders. To display available point-earning methods to customers:
Click Points in the Overview panel and navigate to the Earn points section.
Alternatively, click View all in the Earn points section on the homepage.
- Select Online store or POS to view available earning tasks for that channel.
- Review the tasks displayed on the page. Available tasks include creating an account, completing birthday information, daily check-in, subscribing, birthday reward, and placing an order.
For tasks that require customer action, click the related button, such as Enter, Check-in, or Subscribe.
Alternatively, you can click a task card to open a detailed task panel, where you can view all available tasks, related details, and complete tasks directly from the panel.

Viewing and Using Gift Cards in the Member Center
When customers have available gift cards and want to check their balance or copy a gift card code for checkout, they can use the Gift card section. Follow the steps below to view and use gift cards:
In the Overview panel, click Gift card.
- View the gift card balance, gift card code, and expiration date displayed on the page.
Click the Copy icon next to the gift card code to copy the code.
- Enter the copied gift card code at checkout to apply the gift card balance to the order.
- Click the card to open the History pop-up window and view the gift card balance changes and usage records.

Using Store Credit from the Member Center
Customers use store credit when they have an available balance and need to copy the code before applying it at checkout. To copy and use store credit:
Click Store Credit in the Overview panel.
- Review the available store credit amount at the top of the page.
Click the copy icon next to the store credit code.
- Apply the copied code at checkout.
- Click History to review store credit activity.

Viewing Membership Tiers and Member Benefits
Customers can use the membership tier feature to view their current membership tier, upgrade requirements, and available member benefits. To view membership tier information:
In the Overview panel, click the current membership tier section, or click the Use benefits button on the current membership card on the homepage to open the membership tier page.
- View the membership tier list, current tier status, and the member benefits available for each tier.
If the current membership tier is a paid membership, customers can click the Renew button to renew their membership.
Click any benefit under a membership tier to open the benefit details panel and view information such as the benefit description, usage limits, usage restrictions, and expiration date.
- When viewing benefits under the customer’s current membership tier, if the benefit meets the store’s usage conditions and has not been redeemed, the corresponding action button will appear, allowing customers to use the benefit directly.
- Customers can also click benefit cards under other membership tiers to view the corresponding benefit details.

Opening the Member ID Barcode
Customers open their member ID when they need a quick way to identify their membership account, such as for membership lookup, in-store checkout, or customer support. To view a customer's member ID:
Click ID in the left-side menu.
Review the popup showing the customer's ID and barcode.
- Click the close icon to return to the Member page.
Sharing a Referral Link from the Member Center
Customers use referrals when they want to invite friends and earn benefits after those friends complete eligible actions. To share the customer's referral link:
Click Referrals in the left-side menu.
Copy the link in the Your referral link field by clicking the copy icon.
- Review the referral rewards and progress displayed on the page, including referral milestones such as referring a friend, successful sign-up, subscription completion, and order placement.

Important Notes for Member Center Rewards and Referrals
- Available rewards, points tasks, store credit, and referral benefits depend on the store's Member System settings.
- Some sections may display Online store and POS tabs when rewards or points rules differ by channel.
- If a customer has no reward activity yet, the history window may show no data.
