Creating an Order Tracking Page
An order tracking page provides real-time shipping updates, improving customer satisfaction and reducing inquiries about order status. This guide explains how to create an order tracking page using SHOPLINE’s default template or by integrating third-party tracking services such as 17TRACK.
Using SHOPLINE’s Default Template
To use SHOPLINE’s default tracking page template, follow these steps:
- From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Online Store > Page > Create a page.
- Enter a descriptive title for the tracking page, such as Order Tracking.

In the Theme template drop-down menu, select Order tracking.
- Click Add.
After the page is created, it will appear in the custom page list. You can preview it from the custom page list by clicking the eye icon.

Customizing the Tracking Page
After creating the tracking page, you can further customize it through the theme editor.
- Go to Online Store > Design.
- Click Design to open the theme editor.

From the page selector menu, select Custom page > Order tracking.
- Customize the page layout, text, banners, or other sections as needed.
You can also use custom CSS in the theme editor to further customize the appearance of the Order Tracking page, such as adjusting colors, spacing, fonts, button styles, or layout design.
Using Third-Party Tracking Codes (17TRACK)
You can also integrate third-party logistics tracking services such as 17TRACK by inserting tracking code into a custom page.
To add a third-party tracking widget:
- From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Online Store > Page > Create a page.
- Enter a page title such as Order Tracking.

Click the < > icon to open the HTML source code editor.
- Go to the 17TRACK official widget page to obtain the tracking widget code. Copy the code, paste it into the HTML source code area, and then click Save.
- Click Add to complete the setup.
After the page is created, you can preview the tracking widget from the custom page list.

Adding the Order Tracking Page to Navigation
To help customers quickly access order tracking, it is recommended to add the page to your store navigation menu.
- Go to Online Store > Navigation and select the menu you want to edit.
- Click + Add menu item.

Enter a menu name such as Order Tracking, then select the Order Tracking custom page as the link destination.
- Click Save or Update.
