This article introduces how to customize logistics query functions using the template of SHOPLINE’s logistics query custom page or by connecting third-party codes, such as 17 Track.

Logistics Page Template

To use SHOPLINE’s default logistics query page template, follow these steps:

1. From your SHOPLINE admin panel, click Online Store > Page > Create a page.
   
   
2. Enter a title for the page, such as “Order tracking”.
3. Click the theme template drop-down box and select "Order tracking".
4. Click Add.
   
   
5. Click Preview the Page to preview the outcome.

Note: You can use Store Design to further customize the order tracking page. From the SHOPLINE admin panel, navigate to Channels > Online Store > Design > Click the Design button. Once you access the store design page, on the top, choose Custom Page > Order Tracking.

Custom Code Mode

Use a custom code  to insert third-party logistics tracking codes.

1. From your SHOPLINE admin panel, click Online Store > Page > Create a page, and enter a title for the page, such as “Order tracking”.
2. Click < > to open the HTML source code box.
   
   
3. Copy the following 17 Track codes to the HTML source code area (the codes apply to all templates of the online store), and click "Save". To process other codes, please refer to the link.
   
4. Click Preview the Page to preview the outcome.
