From your SHOPLINE admin panel, you can connect the store to your Telegram account. Once connected successfully, you can send messages to and receive messages from Telegram through the Message Center. The Message Center feature allows you to select products and send them via message templates to customers, thus improving communication efficiency and accelerating order transactions.

Link Telegram Account
- Choose the Telegram account you want to link. Set up your API token for Telegram, and copy the API.
- Go to your SHOPLINE admin panel, click Channels > Telegram to enter the Telegram page.
- Click Link Now to begin Telegram authentication.
Note: Out of two types of Telegram APIs, SHOPLINE utilizes the Bot API. You can easily create Telegram messages as the application interface. Telegram Bot is a unique account that uses API tokens to log in without the need for a mobile phone number. |
- After the API token is added, the connection is successful.
- You can also add other Telegram accounts to the link.

Manage Telegram Messages in Message Center
After successfully connecting Telegram, navigate to your SHOPLINE admin panel and click on Channels > Messages > View messages. Look for the Telegram logo on the left side of the message page. You can now manage all messages from Telegram on the SHOPLINE admin panel!
Unlink Telegram Account
You can click the three-dot icon of the connected Telegram account and click Disconnect to proceed.
