The TikTok sales channel consists of TikTok Marketing and TikTok Shop. TikTok Marketing enables quick connection of the SHOPLINE store with TikTok For Business assets, installation of TikTok event tracking in the SHOPLINE store, and synchronization of SHOPLINE products to TikTok Feed. TikTok Shop enables synchronization of SHOPLINE products to TikTok shops, shop order returns, etc. This article introduces the features of TikTok Marketing. Note: Due to TikTok’s policies, the TikTok App is not yet available for businesses with IPs in China (including mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan). If you are in one of these regions, please use another SHOPLINE app TikTok Marketing. Thank you for your understanding. |

Connecting Your SHOPLINE Store with TikTok App
- Install the app from SHOPLINE App Store.
- From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Channels and open TikTok.
- Go to the Marketing tab and click Connect Immediately to enter the onboarding page.
- Log in to your TikTok account. Sign up if you haven’t.
- Authorize your SHOPLINE store with TikTok for Business.
- Connect or register your TikTok for Business account.
- Connect or create your Business Center.
- Connect or create a new Tiktok Ad account.
Note: Only "non-agent created" ad accounts are allowed to be connected in the TikTok app. Connecting ad accounts created through agencies will fail.
- Connect or create your TikTok Pixel and turn on the Enable Advanced Matching toggle.
- Connect or create your product catalog.
- Set up your billing information.
- Click Finish Setup and the connection between your SHOPLINE store and TikTok for Business is completed.
After successfully connecting, you can view the connection status of your store and TikTok business assets in the TikTok app.
