What is Multichannel Connect?
Multichannel Connect (MCC) is a powerful solution that simplifies managing multiple sales channels. By integrating with popular marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and TikTok Shop, you can expand your reach and increase sales.
MCC streamlines operations by synchronizing inventory across all channels, preventing overselling and optimizing turnover. It also aggregates customer data and reviews, providing valuable insights for improving product detail pages and increasing conversions.
With bidirectional synchronization of order data, you'll have greater control, reduced risks, and improved operational efficiency, making it easier to manage your multichannel business effectively.
Before You Begin
- Handle Pending Listings (Optional): In the original TikTok Shop app, please process any products that haven’t been synced or failed to sync. Alternatively, you may choose to relist them after migrating your TikTok Shop to Multichannel Connect.

Products will be automatically linked in the following scenarios:- SHOPLINE and TikTok products have the same number of SKUs, with non-empty and identical SKU names.
- SHOPLINE and TikTok products have the same number of SKUs, with non-empty and identical barcode names.
- Product names in SHOPLINE and TikTok are exactly the same.
From the original TikTok Shop app:
Products synced via Sync store products that were successfully synced can be automatically linked. Products that failed to sync or were never synced can be listed in Multichannel Connect.
For more details, please refer to this article: Publishing SHOPLINE Products onto Your Sales Channels. If products were linked in the original TikTok Shop App via Link TikTok Shop products but do not meet the new auto-linking criteria, you’ll need to manually link them.
For more details, please refer to this article: Connecting Products and SKUs.
Note: If there are too many products that need to be manually re-linked, please contact your account manager.
- Review Product Linking: Go to Multichannel Connect > Products. Under Channel products, review the linking status. Check for any unlinked products or SKUs, and ensure all linked products and SKUs are correctly matched.
Why this matters: Linking accuracy directly affects whether orders from the channel can be imported and whether inventory is deducted correctly. Missing links will cause channel orders to fail to import.
- Create Product Listing Templates (Optional): In the Templates section of Multichannel Connect, you can create listing templates for TikTok. There are two types of templates:
- Category Attribute Template: Set attribute templates for commonly used categories
- Shipping Policy Template: Set weight, volume, etc.
For more details, please refer to this article: Leveraging Templates for Publication Efficiency.
Note: If you have too many mapping templates in the old TikTok app that need to be re-created, please contact your account manager.
- Configure Product Settings: Go to Multichannel Connect > Settings > Product Settings and enable features like product linking, price syncing, and product info syncing based on your needs.
Note: Please enable inventory sharing and order import only after you disconnect the TikTok store from the old TikTok Shop app.
Managing Existing TikTok Orders in SHOPLINE
Handle Historical Orders: Ensure all historical TikTok orders have been imported into SHOPLINE, and go to SHOPLINE > Orders to process them.
Important: After disconnecting the TikTok store from the old TikTok app, historical orders can no longer be synced and must be handled in the TikTok backend.
Disconnecting the Old Store Authorization
Go to the old TikTok Shop app > Settings > Store Management, then click Disconnect to deauthorize the store.
Tip: Please only perform this during off-business hours or downtime to avoid disruptions. After disconnecting, immediately go to Multichannel Connect to enable Order Auto-Import and Inventory Sharing.

- Enable the Automatically import channel orders to SHOPLINE switch.
