Managing Store Staff and Permissions
You can utilize the administrative function to invite other accounts to co-manage stores. During the invitation process, you have the option to assign different permissions based on their roles.

Staff Account Limits and Plan Restrictions
The number of staff accounts available depends on your subscription plan.
| Note: This section reflects a transition period. Current staff account limits remain in effect until March 31, 2026, after which the updated plan-based limits will apply. |
Staff Account Limits During the Transition Period
Until March 31, 2026
- Starter plan: up to 10 staff accounts
- Essential plan: up to 10 staff accounts
Starting March 31, 2026
- Starter plan: up to 5 staff accounts
- Essential plan: up to 35 staff accounts
When Your Store Exceeds the Staff Account Limit
If your store has more staff accounts than your plan allows after your subscription renews or is upgraded after March 31, 2026:
- Existing staff accounts will continue to function normally
- You can continue to manage and edit existing staff accounts
- Adding or editing staff accounts will be restricted until the total number falls within your plan’s limit
Inviting Administrators
You can use the administrative function to invite other accounts to manage stores together. When inviting, you can assign different function permissions to them based on their roles.
To invite administrators, please follow the steps below:

Go to Settings > Staff and Permissions in your store. The management page will open, where you can see the administrators you have already invited.

Click the Add Staff button to enter the details page.

Enter the account information of the administrator you want to invite, as well as the functional permissions they will have in the store.
- After sending the invitation, the invited person will receive an email or SMS message. They can then log in to SHOPLINE and view and access the store by following the reminders in the notification.
Modifying the Shop Manager
Each store can have one shop manager. The shop manager has all the permissions of the store. The shop manager can be changed.
To change the shop manager, please follow the steps below:

Go to Settings > Staff and Permissions, and enter the management page.

At the top of the page, find the Change Manager button, and click it to open a pop-up window.

In the pop-up window, enter the account information for the new shop manager. After entering the details, click the Modify button to complete the shop manager modification.
Two-Factor Authentication
If you want to further protect the data security of your store, you can enable the two-factor authentication function. After enabling it, all store staff (including the store creator) need to receive a verification code to verify before they can enter the store.
You can perform the following steps to enable the function:

Go to Settings > Staff and Permissions, and enter the management page.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, find the Turn on two-factor authentication section, and toggle it green, indicating that the feature is enabled.
