Products: Adding and Managing Products
The Products section is your primary workspace for managing everything you sell. From here, you can create new products, view your full product list, and manage products individually or in bulk.
Use search, filters, and customizable columns to quickly locate the products you need, or use Import and Export to manage your product data in bulk.
Inventory: Tracking Stock Levels
The Inventory section shows stock information for every product variant across your store, without needing to open each product individually.
From a single screen, you can update inventory quantities, monitor stock across all inventory locations, and manage inventory settings for multiple variants at once.
Transfer: Moving Stock Between Locations
Use the Transfers section to move inventory between your store locations. For example, you can transfer high-demand products from a regional warehouse to a local fulfillment center to replenish stock closer to your customers and support faster delivery.
Transfers let you track inventory while it's in transit and record when products are partially or fully received, ensuring inventory levels remain accurate across locations.
Purchase Orders: Restocking from Suppliers
The Purchase orders section is where you order more stock from a supplier and receive it into your inventory once it arrives.
After inventory arrives, you can receive products directly into your inventory, keeping your stock records accurate throughout the purchasing process.
Collections: Organizing Your Product Collections
The Collections destination helps you organize products into collections, making your storefront easier for customers to browse.
You can create both manual collections, where products are added individually, and smart collections, which automatically include products based on conditions you define.
Gift Cards: Selling Store Credit
The Gift cards section lets you create and manage gift card products that customers can purchase or that you can issue directly to customers.
You can also monitor each gift card's balance and usage from this destination.
Catalog: Managing B2B Product Assortments (Enterprise Plan Only)
The Catalog section lets Enterprise merchants create dedicated product catalogs and pricing rules for different company locations and B2B customers.
This allows you to offer different product assortments and pricing for different customer groups while managing them from a single store.
