Logging in to Your SHOPLINE Account
SHOPLINE offers multiple methods for logging in to your store. This article will guide you through the specific steps for each option, providing a comprehensive understanding of the available login methods and helping you log in more efficiently.

Account and Password Login
This represents the most fundamental login method. You can log in using the account and password you established during registration.
Quick Login with Google Account
If you are logging into SHOPLINE for the first time using your Google account, please follow these steps:

On the login page, click Sign in with Google. If you are already logged into your Google account, SHOPLINE will automatically register a SHOPLINE email for you using your Google account’s email.

After successful registration, you will receive a notification in your Google email with your SHOPLINE account’s initial password.

Going forward, you can use this Google account to quickly log in to SHOPLINE. Alternatively, you can choose to log in with the account and password login method.
To disconnect the Google account for quick login or switch to a new Google account, click on your profile and select Account management. In the Quick login section, click the ellipsis icon [...] next to the Google option and select either Change another Google account or Disconnect.
Quick Login with Facebook Account
If you are logging into SHOPLINE for the first time using your Facebook account, please follow these steps:

On the login page, click Sign in with Facebook. If you are already logged into your Facebook account, SHOPLINE will automatically register a SHOPLINE email for you using your Facebook account’s email.

After successful registration, you will receive a notification in your Facebook email/mobile phone with your SHOPLINE account’s initial password.

Going forward, you can use this Facebook account to quickly log in to SHOPLINE. Alternatively, you can choose to log in with the account and password login method.
To disconnect the Facebook account for quick login or switch to a new Facebook account, click on your profile and select Account management. In the Quick login section, click on the ellipsis icon [...] next to the Facebook option and select either Change another Facebook account or Disconnect.
Quick Login with Apple Account
If you are logging into SHOPLINE for the first time using your Apple account, please follow these steps:

On the login page, click Sign in with Apple. If you are already logged into your Apple account, SHOPLINE will automatically register a SHOPLINE email for you using your Apple account’s email.

After successful registration, you will receive a notification in your Apple email with your SHOPLINE account’s initial password.

Going forward, you can use this Apple account to quickly log in to SHOPLINE. Alternatively, you can choose to log in with the account and password login method.
To disconnect the Apple account for quick login or switch to a new Apple account, click on your profile and select Account management. In the Quick login section, click on the ellipsis icon [...] next to the Apple option and select either to Change another Apple account or Disconnect.
Setting Up Account-Level Two-Step Verification
Account-level two-step verification (2FA) adds an extra layer of protection when logging in to your SHOPLINE account. Once enabled, you will need to enter a verification code sent to your contact email and phone number in addition to your password. This helps protect against unauthorized access—even if your password is compromised—by making it harder for attackers to break into your account.

Benefits of Account-Level Two-Step Verification

Enhanced security: Prevents unauthorized access even if your password is leaked or stolen.

Phishing protection: Blocks attackers from logging in without the second verification code.

Flexible options: Choose email or phone-based verification depending on your registered login method.
Enabling Two-Step Verification

From your SHOPLINE admin panel, click the profile icon in the upper-right corner, and select Account setting.

Click the Activate two-step verification button under Two-step verification.
Note: Ensure your contact email and phone number are both filled in and verified. If either is missing, you will be prompted to update and verify the information.

Enter your current account password to confirm your identity.

Choose your preferred verification method:

Email Verification: Receive a code via your registered email.

Phone Verification: Receive a code via SMS on your registered phone number.

The system will recommend a default option based on your registration method.

Enter the code sent to your chosen contact method, and click Save to enable Two-step verification.
Logging in With Two-Step Verification
When you log in after enabling this feature:

Enter your account email/phone number and password as usual.

Enter the verification code sent to your selected method.
If your store also has store-level two-step verification enabled, you will complete that step afterward.

Managing Two-Step Verification Settings
You can change or disable account-level two-step verification at any time by returning to Account setting > Two-step verification.

Disabling or switching methods requires re-entering your account password and completing a verification step.

If you update your contact email or phone number, you will be prompted to re-verify for continued protection.
