Gift Card Payment
SHOPLINE POS supports gift card payments. When customers purchase or receive a gift card from your SHOPLINE store, they can use the balance on the gift card to pay for their orders at the POS.
Supported Gift Card Types
SHOPLINE POS accommodates gift cards generated via two channels:
- Gift cards created and issued through the Products section of your SHOPLINE admin panel. For more information, see Selling Gift Cards.
- Gift cards created and issued through the SHOPLINE Member system. For more information, see Member System - Gift Card Setting.
How to Process Gift Card Payments
Follow these steps to process gift card payments:
- After adding all purchased items to the shopping cart, tap the Pay button.
- On the checkout page, select Gift cards.
- Identify the card by either scanning the barcode or entering the gift card number manually. Then, click Confirm.
- Process the payment if there’s an unpaid balance remaining.
- On the payment success page, the order amount and payment method will be listed for your reference.
Note: You can apply multiple gift cards for a combined payment in a single order. The system deducts from the first card's balance initially, then automatically moves to the second, and so forth until the entire payment is covered. |
