Navigating Your SHOPLINE Admin Homepage

 

Upon your initial login, the SHOPLINE Home page presents three essential tools to kickstart your online store journey: an easy three-step guide for basic settings, guidance on selecting a store theme, and instructions on setting up discounts. Once configured, it becomes your command center, offering a real-time overview of sales figures, customer trends, and campaign performance for quick insights and efficient navigation.

Getting Started with Your Store

When you first access the SHOPLINE admin panel, you'll discover a straightforward guide outlining essential tasks for establishing your online store. These tasks include:

  • Adding products
  • Setting up delivery services
  • Configuring payment methods

Follow the provided instructions to accomplish these tasks and prepare yourself for your online business.

Designing Your Online Store

Upon logging in, simply click Select a template in the Decorate the online shop section. This takes you straight to the Online Store design page—the pivotal starting point for crafting your store look.

On the Online Store page of your admin panel, feel free to choose the best skin for your store from over 20 available free templates in the Theme shop.

Setting up Enticing Discounts

Implementing enticing discounts is a smart sales strategy. Upon logging into the store for the first time, you'll see the Set discount codes for your customers to increase store sales section at the bottom. Click Go to discounts to access the settings page and start creating discounts.

Monitoring Store Performance in Real Time

After completing basic settings, the Home page transforms into a live feed of sales figures, customer trends, and campaign performance, fueling your every decision.

Dashboard (Today)

This section showcases three core metrics: Sales, Orders, and Sessions, offering a quick overview of your store's performance.

Data Description
Sales The current total sales amount, inclusive of taxes and shipping fees, is deducted for discounts and refunds, across all sales channels.
Orders The total number of successfully placed orders.
Sessions The total number of sessions on your online store. A session refers to a customer's continuous activity during a specific period of time.

 

Notes:
  • In situations where visitors clear cookies or use incognito mode, identification becomes impossible, leading the system to record them as new visitors.
  • Today refers to the period from 12:00 AM to the present time, aligned with your store’s set time zone. Refer to the Region and Time Zone article for details on modifying your store’s time zone.

 

Order to be Shipped

This section helps minimize the chances of missed or delayed shipments. Click on this section to access the order list for managing orders.

Performance Metrics Analysis

This section provides a comprehensive analysis with six key indicators: Sales, Sessions, Conversion rate, Referrer name, Top products, and Top landing pages. Access detailed data for a chosen date range to accurately analyze your store's performance and make necessary adjustments to your products.

Data Description
Sales The current total sales amount, inclusive of taxes and shipping fees, deducted for discounts and refunds, across all sales channels.
Sessions The total number of sessions on your online store. A session refers to a customer's continuous activity during a specific period of time.
Conversion rate The visitor-to-sale conversion rate from entering the store to making a purchase.
Referrer name The identification of referrer sources such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. If the referrer source can't be determined for direct traffic, it will be displayed as N/A.
Top products The highlighting of the most popular products within the store.
Top landing pages The identification of the first-page visitors access when entering your store.
