Size Chart: Getting Started with Setup and Management

If you sell products in multiple sizes, such as clothing, shoes, or accessories, the Size Chart app is an essential tool to help your customers find the right fit. Providing clear size details can enhance the shopping experience and improve your product's conversion rate. Follow this guide to set up and manage your size charts.

Installing the App

To install the Size Chart app, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the SHOPLINE App Store and search for the Size Chart app.

  2. Click Install to authorize the app and complete the installation.

  3. Optionally, pin the app to the Apps section in your admin panel for easy access.

Creating a Size Chart

Follow these steps to create a size chart for your store products:

  1. On the Size chart management page, click Create.

  2. In the Size chart templates window, select a template (e.g., rompers, dresses, or shoes) or start with a blank chart.

  3. On the Create Size Chart page, follow these setup steps to create a complete size chart:

    3.1 Name the chart and select applicable languages.

    3.2 Edit the chart using the built-in editing tools.

    Notes: 

    • The app supports adding a combination of sheets, crosstabs, rich text, images, and tabs to a single size chart. Use these elements as needed.

    • A default chart is provided in the editing area based on the selected product type. If you've chosen a blank template, click Add a module to create your chart from scratch.

    3.3 Configure the display settings.

    3.4 Select applicable variant options and products.

    3.5 Set size recommendations for customers.

  4. Toggle on the Enable switch and click Add to create the chart.

The Size Chart app also offers advanced settings, including multilingual display, size chart synchronization, and customer size data collection. For more details, refer to the "Advanced Size Chart Settings" guide.

 

 

Managing Created Size Charts

All created size charts are listed on the app's homepage, where you can manage them directly. On the Size chart management page, you can:

Viewing Created Charts

The chart list displays the Title, Status, Applicable products, Applicable languages, and Last updated time for each size chart you have created.

Previewing Charts

Click the preview icon to see how the size chart appears on product pages in your online store.

Copying Charts

The copy icon allows you to quickly duplicate a size chart, streamlining your chart creation process.
