This article will be covering the following:
1. Connecting a Facebook Page to your store
Checklist before you connect
i. You must first log in to your Facebook account.
ii. Please make sure you are an Admin for the Facebook Page or Facebook Pages you want to connect to. If you are an Editor/Moderator/Advertiser/Analyst for a Facebook Page but not an Admin you will not be able to complete the integration.
Step 1. In SHOPLINE Admin, click Facebook under the "Channel" menu. Click Manage settings under the "FACEBOOK SOCIAL COMMERCE" section.
Step 2. Click Link now to start connecting your Facebook Page.
Step 3. Log in using a Facebook account that has the Administrator's permission for the Facebook Page or Pages you are connecting with. Select all of the Facebook Pages that you want to connect, and then click Confirm.
Step 4. Set all the permissions to YES and then click Done. In the following window, click OK to complete this step of the setup.
Step 5. Note:

- A fan page can only be linked to one store.
- The same store can be connected to multiple fan pages, but they need to belong to the same Facebook personal account.
*Notes:
- One Facebook Page can only be connected to one store.
- You can connect your store to multiple Facebook Pages, but they must all be administered by the same personal Facebook account.
2. Connecting an Instagram account to your store
Checklist before you connect
i. You must first log in to your Facebook account. The connection will be done via Facebook.
ii. The Instagram account has to be a Professional account, and should be connected to a Facebook Page. You must have the Administrator's permission to access the connected Facebook Page. Please refer to this Facebook guide to connect the Instagram account to the Facebook Page.
Step 1. In SHOPLINE Admin, click Facebook under the "Channel" menu. Click Manage settings in the "FACEBOOK SOCIAL COMMERCE" section.
Step 2. Click Link now to start connecting your Instagram account.
Step 3. Log in using a Facebook account that has the Administrator's permission for the Facebook Page you are connecting with. Select the Instagram business account and Facebook Page and you are going to connect with, and then click Confirm.
Step 4. Set all the permissions to YES and then click Done. In the following window, click OK to complete this step of the setup.
After connecting the Facebook Page and Instagram account, you can proceed to set up for the livestream sale. Please refer to Livestreaming for more details.
3. FAQs
A. If you want to connect a Facebook Page that you did not originally select during Step 3, click Manage settings when connecting and choose the Facebook Page from the list.
*Please do not deselect a Facebook Page that you have already connected to, as this will cause the connection to fail.
B. If you cannot find your Page when trying to connect it in SHOPLINE Admin, please check and confirm the following:
i. Make sure you have been a Facebook Page's Admin for more than 7 days. If you have been a Facebook Page Admin for less than 7 days, Facebook will not allow you to connect a Facebook Page to SHOPLINE.
ii. If you have been a Facebook Page Admin for more than 7 days, please first log in to your Facebook account. Click on the arrow at the top right of the page and then go to [Settings & privacy] > [Settings] > [Business integrations], and then check the box next to Messenger by SHOPLINE and click [Remove]. After this, go back to SHOPLINE Admin and try connecting your page again.
C. If you are using Facebook for Business to manage permissions for your Facebook Page, in the Facebook for Business backend, make sure that the "Manage Page" permission is turned on for your account in your Page's People settings.
