Flow Automation: Updating Manual Collections via Action
You can use the Update manual collection action in Flow Automation to automatically modify the details of a manual collection when specified conditions are met. This process helps maintain consistent branding and promotional messaging when products are managed within your catalog.

Field Descriptions
The Update manual collection action allows you to define the updated information for the target collection. You can enter static text or use parameters to insert dynamic values.

Testing the Workflow
To test whether the workflow is successfully initiated when a product is linked to a collection, follow these steps:
- In Flow Automation, set up a workflow using the Product added to collection trigger and the Update manual collection action.
- From your SHOPLINE admin panel, add a product to an existing collection using one of the following methods:

From the Collection Settings Page: Go to Products > Collections, select a manual collection, and click + Add products in the Collection products section.

From the Product Settings Page: Go to Products, select a specific product, and assign it to a collection in the Collections section.

From the Collection Settings Page: Go to Products > Collections, select a manual collection, and click + Add products in the Collection products section.
