Managing Event Tracking Tools and Advertising Integrations
The Event tracking settings allow you to add tracking codes from supported platforms to track storefront traffic and analyze visitor behavior. These integrations help merchants measure customer interactions, advertising performance, conversion behavior, and marketing effectiveness.
SHOPLINE supports multiple event tracking and advertising platforms, including Meta and Google services. This guide explains how to access and configure supported event tracking tools from your storefront preferences settings.

Understanding Store Event Tracking Tools
Event tracking tools help merchants measure storefront activity, analyze customer behavior, track conversions and purchases, and support advertising and remarketing campaigns.
The Event Tracking section in Preferences provides entry points for configuring supported Meta and Google tracking integrations.
Supported tracking services include:

Configuring Meta Event Tracking Tools
The Meta tracking settings support:
- Facebook Pixel
- Conversions API
To access the Meta tracking settings:
- From your SHOPLINE admin, go to Online Store > Preferences.
- Locate the Event Tracking section.

In the Facebook pixel and Conversions API row, click Go to settings. You will then be redirected to the Meta tracking configuration settings.

Configuring Google Event Tracking Tools
The Google tracking settings support:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager

To access the Google tracking settings:
- From your SHOPLINE admin, go to Online Store > Preferences.
- Locate the Event Tracking section.

In the Google Ads、Google Analytics、Google Tag Manager、Google Ads Re-marketing row, click Go to settings. You will then be redirected to the Google tracking configuration settings.
