SHOPLINE develops and designs Message Center for you to easily manage website messages of your online store and direct messages sent from third-party social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram. All messages from different channels are aggregated in one place for one-stop management, which improves efficiency and creates business opportunities.

Website Messages

From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Channels > Messages, and click the View your message button in the upper right corner to enter Message Center.

The left navigation of Message Center lists the portals to website messages, messages from third-party social media platforms, comments in your posts and livestreams. By default, the Website messages portal is enabled for all merchants.

Messages from Third-Party Social Media Platforms

Message Center aggregates messages from third-party social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, and more. You need to connect your Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram accounts in advance to display and use that portal.
