Free Gift Overview

Giving away free gifts is an efficient discount strategy that provides customers with additional benefits and discounts. Giveaway campaigns allow your customers to receive extra gifts when purchasing specific products, contributing to increased conversion rates and higher average transaction values. For example, you can sell cosmetics and include complimentary samples as gifts.

When creating a gift offer campaign, you can manage free gifts, such as setting free gifts inventory, offer requirements, product selections, free gift selections, gift delivery methods, and campaign time.

Upon creating a gift offer campaign, customers can view the details on the product page, including discount thresholds and available free gifts. Based on your settings, customers can manually select gifts by clicking the campaign banner in the cart after meeting the condition. They can also select gifts directly when purchasing the product details page. Additionally, you can automate gift distribution by adding gifts to the cart or checkout page.

After the giveaway campaign is active, you can review gift distribution details in the Gift management section and access specific campaign data within the campaign details.

 

Note: Starting from December 6, 2023, a product set from multiple product sales, add-on items, and after-sales discount campaigns can be combined with giveaway campaigns. For example, if a user meets the criteria for a giveaway campaign after adding a product set from multiple product sales to the cart, this user is considered eligible for the campaign.
