SHOPLINE rewards partners for their contributions to the SHOPLINE ecosystem. All referral earnings are calculated based on the merchant's subscription to SHOPLINE plans or apps. If there are no subscription fees, no earnings will be calculated. Your earnings can come from these four sources:
- Referral through your affiliate link: When a customer signs up for a SHOPLINE store plan using your affiliate link and makes a payment.
- Successful lead conversion: When a lead you submit successfully converts into a paying customer.
- Development store transfer: When a development store you create is transferred to a customer who then subscribes to a SHOPLINE store plan.
- App subscription: When a merchant subscribes to an app you've developed.
Note: Your earnings may vary depending on your country/region and the location of the merchants you collaborate with. Additionally, you may be responsible for paying taxes on your earnings, based on local tax laws. |

Commission Calculation and Payment
Item | Description | Example |
Commission Rate | The percentage of revenue you earn from each successful merchant referral who subscribes to a SHOPLINE plan. The specific rate varies by country/region. Consult your Partner Manager for details. | If your commission rate is 20% and you refer a merchant who subscribes to the annual Premium plan in the US for $224, your commission is $44.8. |
Commission Currency | For SHOPLINE plans in different currencies, SHOPLINE converts the subscription amount to US dollars for unified commission calculation. | If you have referrals from Japan and the UK, their payments in yen and pounds will be converted to USD for commission calculation. |
Monthly Commission Calculation | Commissions are calculated based on the actual number of days a merchant uses the plan. | If a merchant subscribes to the monthly Premium plan on March 27th, you'll receive a commission for 4 days of that month. |
Billing Cycle | You're billed monthly on the 5th of each month. The bill includes commissions from the previous month's merchant subscriptions. | If a merchant subscribes to a plan on April 1st, the bill generated on April 5th will not include the commission for this subscription. |
Payment Frequency | Commissions for merchant subscriptions are paid monthly. |
Monthly Plans: You receive the commission in the following month's bill. Annual Plans: The annual plan amount is divided by 12, and you receive a monthly commission. |
Payment Conditions |
Payment Threshold: When your accumulated bill reaches $200, SHOPLINE will pay you via PayPal, bank transfer, or other methods. Payment conditions may vary by region. Below Threshold: If your accumulated bill is below $200, the payment is temporarily held. No Commissions: If you have no successful referrals in a month, you'll still receive a $0 bill. |
Note: SHOPLINE reserves the right to interpret all commission policies, calculation methods, and payment procedures. This includes, but is not limited to:
