Creating and Managing Custom Pages
Creating custom pages allows you to add informational content to your store, such as About Us, FAQs, or policy pages. These pages help communicate your brand, provide important information, and improve the overall shopping experience.
This article will guide you through how to create, edit, and manage custom pages in your SHOPLINE admin.
Creating a Custom Page in SHOPLINE
To create a custom page:

From your SHOPLINE admin, go to Online Store > Page and click Create a new page.

In the page editor:
- Enter a title in the Page title field.
- Add your page content in the Content section using the editor toolbar.

In the right panel, configure the following settings as needed:
- Publish page: Choose whether to Publish or Hide the page, or click Schedule to set a publish time.
- Search Engine Optimization: Click the edit icon to update the page URL, title, and description for search results.
- Cover image: Click Add Image to upload a cover image for the page.
- Theme template: Select a template created in the theme editor to control how the page is displayed.
- In the Customize data section, configure additional fields if applicable.
- Click Save to create the page.
Recommended Custom Pages for Your Store
To provide a complete storefront experience and meet common advertising requirements, it is recommended to include the following pages in your store. These pages help establish trust, ensure compliance with platform requirements, and provide essential information to customers.

| Note: For policy-related pages such as the Privacy Policy, Return/Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms of Service, you can create the content in Settings > Terms and policies and then display it in your store’s header or footer. Viewing and Managing Custom Pages
After creating custom pages, you can view, edit, or delete them from the Custom page list. From your SHOPLINE admin, go to Online Store > Page.
- Preview a page: Click the eye icon to view how the page appears on your storefront.
- Edit a page: Click the page title to open the page editor and update its content or settings, then click Save.
- Delete a page: Click the trash icon to remove the page. A confirmation window will appear before deletion.
Important Notes and Best Practices for Custom Pages
Custom pages are not automatically displayed in your store navigation. To make a page accessible to customers, you need to add it to a navigation menu.
